A handy table
6 oz chocolate = 1 cup chocolate chips
1 clove garlic = 1/2 tsp minced garlic
chicken broth = I almost always buy a chicken or vegetable base, and just add it to water
3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
3/4 teaspoon = 1/4 tablespoon
